Well, dtrace requires a loadable kernel module (maybe something for 
ELRepo, I don't know) and some tools. Without the kernel module, the tools 
have no use so we first have to see whether there is an interest to put 
this in ELRepo.

It is clear that the recommended (and supported) way of tracing your 
kernel is systemtap. So my personal opinion is that it may not be worth 
all the trouble given that we may not be able to provide a working dtrace 
in the future.

If there are compelling reasons that dtrace is very important for certain 
things, let them be known :-)
