Hi at all,
I've customized my spec file to new drivers requirement; you'll find it here:

http://people.sissa.it/~giunta/ati-x11-drv/fglrx-x11-drv.spec

It should work also on RHEL6, but I cannot try it... I've compiled only 64
bit version, but I should work also on 32 bit, like the old one ..

Thank you for kmod, I 'm testing it during weekend ...
