This has now been done for the latest stable release (190.53). The 
32-bit libs have been split out into a separate sub-package on x86_64:

kmod-nvidia-190.53-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-190.53-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
nvidia-x11-drv-32bit-190.53-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
