Personally I'd like to move to a git repository, even if it's only for 
kmodtool and spec files, which would provide a browsable history of 
revisions to each file/package.

Then when a change is made to a template file such as kmodtool, it can 
be made (checked in/committed) to all packages at the same time ready 
for the next time that package gets rebuilt. It could also be 
incorporated into an automated build system at a future date.
