[elrepo-devel] Rename compat-wireless to compat-drivers

Hi all,

The upstream project compat-wireless is proposing to rename to 
compat-drivers over the coming weeks (they have already started the 
process [1]) so I propose to rename our package to kmod-compat-drivers 
for the next release and obsolete older releases of kmod-compat-wireless.
