Hi,
You can view any installed package changelog directly with rpm:
rpm -q --changelog <package-name>
Alternatively, some (but not all) packages may be found online at our
github repository here:
https://github.com/elrepo/packages
and the SPEC files for elrepo's kernel offerings may also be viewed
directly from within the repository:
http://elrepo.org/linux/kernel/el5/SPECS/
http://elrepo.org/linux/kernel/el6/SPECS/
