Hi Andy,

We, at ELRepo, have no plan to build debuginfo for kernel-ml/lt for
various reasons (resources for one). These kernels are fast-moving
targets and we provide them for hardware testing purposes.

What you are aiming to do seems fine although honestly I only had a
quick look at the files attached.
