[elrepo] Problem in install kmod-ndiswrapper by elrepo repository

yes this is often useful (though mostly for x86_64), and never hurts.
It adds the arch to any rpm -q output.

You could then post the output of
rpm -q kernel

I suspect you should install the latest kernel (in your case the i386 
PAE version 2.6.18-164), then try to install kmod-ndiswrapper again.

Not sure if it'll work, but it's worth a try.
