[elrepo] Request for hplip driver on elrepo

Hello

First of all let me please congratulate the promoters of this project.
It was something very much needed.

Standard hplip on el5 is not compiled with network options, so does
not recognize a printer with a network port. I have a HP 2840 MFD that
won't scan on linux because linux does not find any scanning device.
Printing happens because I have put direct ip address in the print
driver and that does not seem to be used for the scanning device.

I have been putting off custom compiling hplip because one xp machine
gets used over linux machines whenever some scanning comes up and
something else urgent is there.
