They are in the *testing* repositories.

yum --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=elrepo-testing update kmod-nvidia

We always put the first release in a new series of nvidia drivers (this 
being the first release of the 270.xx series) into the elrepo-testing 
repository as they do sometimes have a tendency to be slightly buggy and 
this is Enterprise Linux. We kind of consider these like a "point zero" 
release if you will :-)

The next release (hopefully fixing any major bugs that might have 
slipped into the first release) will automatically go to the main elrepo 
repository.
