[elrepo] Test OpenAFS Packages Available for RHEL 5

Folks,

OpenAFS 1.6.0pre7 packages for RHEL 5 are now in the testing repository.

   http://elrepo.org/linux/testing/el5/

Feedback on these welcome.  I'd like to move them out of testing by the
end of the week.
