Download the 3 files from here:

http://elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el5/x86_64/RPMS/kmod-fglrx-11.11-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
http://elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el5/x86_64/RPMS/fglrx-x11-drv-11.11-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
http://elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el5/x86_64/RPMS/fglrx-x11-drv-32bit-11.11-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

Place them all in the same folder.

Open a terminal and become root ('su -')

'cd' to the above folder and run:

rpm -Uvh *.rpm
