[elrepo] Announcement: EL5 Updated kmod-it87 packages released

Announcing the release of updated kmod-it87 packages in the EL5 elrepo 
repository:

These packages provide an updated it87.ko module backported from 
kernel-2.6.37. This driver adds support for IT8716F, IT8718F, IT8720F, 
IT8721F, IT8726F and IT8758E Super I/O chips in addition to IT8705F and 
IT8712F supported in EL5.

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of 
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one 
specific build. The current release is kABI compatible with kernels >= 
2.6.18-194.el5 (RHEL-5.5)

This updated driver requires lm_sensors >= 2.8.10 which is also found in 
the elrepo repository.

repository.
