The elrepo kmod-fglrx package does not support the mainline kernels 
(kernel-ml packages). All elrepo kmod packages only support the default 
RHEL (distro) kernels, nothing else.

If you need additional kernel modules for the mainline kernel 
(kernel-ml) then you are on your own.
