[elrepo] Announcement of Outage

There will be a (hopefully) short outage of list mail and access to the
mail archives while the list server is being physically relocated.

The outage will begin in less than 1 hr, some time after 0:30 UTC March
17, 2011, and will continue for a minimum of 3 hr.  An announcement of
service restoration will follow.

This should not impact the ELRepo wiki, ELRepo repositories or
conventional (non-list) elrepo.org mail.

Due to the physical relocation, please adjust any IP-based whitelists
applied to list mail once the move is completed.
