[elrepo] elrepo.org down time

Hello ELRepo users,

We were informed that the server hosting the elrepo.org site will be
relocated to a new data center next Sunday, March 27th between 4:00
and 12:00 UTC.  The down time is expected to last 1 to 3 hours.

Our web site and bug tracker will not be available during this time.
The mailing lists and mail archives will not be affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
