We have example SPEC files available, as well as plenty of examples (every 
kmod we ship is published in SRPM form.

Here's the template SPEC file (and related helper files):

And example SRPM packages that should compile fine on your system are

The content can be extracted using Zip (windows), file-roller (Gnome), 
midnight commander/mc (Linux) or using rpm.
