[elrepo] Kernel-ml Packages for EL6

I have a Scientific Linux 6.1 system on an old thinkpad x31 laptop that
has booted and run successfully with release candidates 6-8. The only
"normal" thing I haven't been able to do is compile the kqemu kernel
module (the processor on this machine isn't capable of running kvm,
hence the attempt at kqemu). I'm only reporting this because the errors
I get look as if they may not be specific to kqemu.

When trying to do 'make' in the kqemu source directory, I get a message
saying that my kernel configuration is invalid, because it is missing
either include/generated/autoconf.h or include/config/auto.conf, and I
should run make oldconfig && make prepare on the kernel src to fix it.
When I try to do that, I get a make error "No rule to make target
'missing syscalls'".
