There is http://elrepo.org/tiki/DeviceIDs, practically the same thing, 
but seams not all modules are covered. But you can use list from Fedora 
and combine it with ElRepo, for starters.

One way would be to install all modules and perform exports using this 
howto: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Modalias
