[elrepo] ELRepo Mail Lists and Mail Archives Are Operational

The ELRepo mail lists and mail archives are working again.

On Saturday, October 29, 2011, a historic winter storm passed through
the North East US leaving a trail of destruction, resulting in
widespread electrical power outages. The ELRepo mail list server was
unfortunately in one of those areas (NYC area).

Can you say "Climate Change"? :-)
