[elrepo] Announcement: Updated OpenAFS Packages

Folks,

OpenAFS 1.6.0 packages are now available for EL5 machine in the main
repository.  

For EL6 the current OpenAFS version is 1.4.14.1.  I do plan to move the
version in the EL6 repositories to 1.6.x.  To start that process OpenAFS
1.6.0 packages are now in elrepo-testing for EL6.  Testing the upgrade
process from 1.4 to 1.6 would be greatly appreciated.

My testing of the upgrade process for OpenAFS clients has been very smooth.
OpenAFS servers do require a shutdown of the server, upgrade the
packages, and a full salvage.

Feedback is very welcome.
