[elrepo] Announcement: EL5 and EL6 getinfo shell script Release [Version 1.0]

Announcing the release of getinfo shell script packages into the EL5 and 
EL6 repositories.  This package provides a script developed to help 
gather system information to aid in getting support for a wide variety 
of issues.  See the web page for details.
