[elrepo] New OpenAFS 1.6.1 packages

Folks,

I've built new openafs packages and kmods with 1.6.1 final for EL5 and
EL6.  They are in my home directory on build64r6 in 

    openafs-1.6.1-2.el5/
    openafs-1.6.1-2.el6/

if you would push those to testing for both EL5 and EL6 I would
appreciate it.  The old packages in testing can be removed.
