[elrepo] Re-install after updating kernel?

Hi, I’ve just installed the kmod-tg3 RPM to (hopefully) fix a link
detection issue with the driver included in RHEL 6.3. Is there anything I
have to do after future kernel updates, e.g. re-install the RPM or run
/sbin/weak-updates?
