well first i also think the same as the people before me said that we 
should move to 3.10 and i know its a far kernel but you can see the 
reason that people before me write and also see that oracal linux uek3 
most chances that it will be also be based on 3.10 for EL6  .

and noe ther is also kernel 3.10 for testing (kernel-ml) soo i think we 
should test it little more and if there will be a a lot of problem then 
we move to kernel 3.2
