[elrepo] OpenAFS on 2.6.32-358.el6

Folks,

The OpenAFS kernel modules don't appear to work with the new RHEL 6.4
kernel: 2.6.32-358.el6.  They need to be rebuilt for this kernel.  Of
course, the newer kmods wont work with older kernels either.  

Alas, getting those rebuilt will be a task for tomorrow.
