[elrepo] xorg abi change in 6.4 - DOESN'T break current elrepo nvidia drivers

Never mind, the error was a 'Red' herring


Thanks to the folks at Elrepo (pperry and torcat) for their prompt work 
in locating the problem and their quick testing!
