[elrepo] Alternate API (WEXT) available for kmod-wl

The kmod-wl driver built under EL6 is not fully function for certain
older Broadcom wireless hardware. This is tied to the implementation of
the cfg80211 wireless configuration API in the latest Broadcom hybrid
driver. Reverting to the older wireless extensions (WEXT) API may
restore functionality in some cases.

The wl-kmod srpm has been updated so as to allow selection of the WEXT
API build option. Details can be found in the relevant bug report and at
the wl-kmod package page.

In my case and as observed from NetworkManager, the CFG80221 API-based
driver could detect access points, but could not authenticate
connections. Reverting to the WEXT API restored the ability to
authenticate. I got tired of doing this manually after each kernel
update and decided to incorporate the option into the srpm. :-)

Please note that this issue is only relevant to the EL6 kmod-wl drivers.
