[elrepo] mesa conflict with base?

The mesa packages in the distro are now newer than what ELRepo
provides as you mentioned. However there are couple of packages that
do not exist in the distro which seems to be causing the issue.

Would you mind filing a bug report at http://elrepo.org/bugs so that
we can track the issue there?
