[elrepo] iptables MARK target doesn't work with kernel-lt for el5

Has anyone built a new iptables package for el5 for use with the kernel-lt
kernel?  Running a command such as:

iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -j MARK --set-mark 9

works with the standard el5 kernel, but with the kernel-lt kernel it
returns "iptables: Unknown error 18446744073709551615"

I also note that the xt_MARK module doesn't look to be built with kernel-lt
even though the xt_mark module is.  The stock el5 kernel has both.  I don't
see anything obvious missing from the kernel-lt .config file though.
