[elrepo] ATI R7 200 Graphics not supporting open driver?

Hi.

A friend of mine has problems using CentOS 7 on ATI R7 200 Graphic card.
Another friend said it might not be supported by open drivers.

Is it possible to build latest proprietary (14.9) Catalyst driver for
CentOS 7? and place it in ElRepo repository (testing first, I know)?
