[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 Updated kmod-ixgb package for RHEL 7.1

Announcing the release of updated kmod-ixgb drivers for RHEL 7.1 into
the elrepo repository.

This package provides an updated ixgb driver supporting the Intel(R)
PRO/10GbE family of adapters for PCI-X type cards, backported from
kernel-3.10.76.

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.
