You'll probably have to go to Paragon's commercial NTFS/HFS solution to 
be able to mount this.  There is a free express version for 
non-commercial and educational use, but the commercial version is not 
very expensive at $39.95.  Here's a link to the list of features:

I have run into issues with EL7 and these drivers, but not with EL6 
where I own and use these drivers for both NTFS and HFS+ data interchange.
