[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 Updated Atheros kmod-ath10k wireless driver

Announcing the release of an updated Atheros ath10k wireless driver
package into the EL7 elrepo repository:

This release fixes invalid NSS for 4x4 devices which is affecting
downlink throughput for QCA99x0 devices, and is backported from
kernel-4.1.14

These packages are for use with EL7.2 and are not backward compatible
with earlier releases of Enterprise Linux 7.
