[elrepo] New unofficial release of the fglrx drivers (version 15.11 ) is available for testing for EL7

Hello

	I have just built and uploaded to my personal website a new release of 
the packages for the fglrx drivers intended to be used on EL7 systems. 
As before, they were all built in the usual elrepo infrastructure but 
since I cannot test myself, I am not yet convinced they are in the shape 
required for packages pushed to the repos.
	Those willing to test are kindly invited to download the relevant 
packages (at least fglrx-x11-drv-15.11-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm and 
kmod-fglrx-15.11-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm ) from http://wdl.lug.ro/fglrx/ .

	Should you encounter an apparent freeze of the X server while it tries 
to start up, please
a) make sure that you did disable glamor ( if this is needed, yum will 
tell you to do it at install time). If stock glamor is active it WILL 
freeze your machine
b) manually move out of way the file 
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so and restart X

	There are no src.rpm available for now but the spec files that were 
used to create them are available via ElRepo's github repository.

	As always relevant logs are eagerly awaited together with any bug report
