Thanks, approaching RH was on my agenda as well.

I expect AMD to stand by their approach and simply continue to rename RH's libglx.so (*) . This is the very thing I try to avoid by installing in a different place and using a custom ModulePath. However this new set of packages is my last attempt where I try to leave stock libs untouched. If they still fail, I will rename the stock library as well, simply because I do not see any other way.


(*) by default Amd's nstaller uses a script named switchglx which renames stock libglx.so to something else and replaces it with their own. My package replaces the script with a "do nothing' because I struggle to be less invasive.
