[elrepo] kmod-reiserfs missing in el7

The kmod-reiserfs package for el7 has just been released to the
elrepo-testing repository and is now syncing to the mirrors.

kmod-reiserfs-0.0-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
reiserfs-kmod-0.0-1.el7.elrepo.src.rpm

According to a brief test done on an EL7 system, it installed fine and
the module was loaded under the current kernel. Please test when you
get a chance. If we do not hear any problem, we will promote it to the
main repository.
