[elrepo] NVIDIA is dropping support for G8xx, G9xx and GT2xx chipsets

Bump to say NVIDIA have released 346.35 as their new Long Lived driver.

We have built this driver and it's now available in the testing repository.

THIS DRIVER DROPS SUPPORT FOR OLDER G8xxx, G9xxx, and GT2xx GPUs

Users with older unsupported cards should migrate to the legacy
kmod-nvidia-340xx package.

If at all unsure, please update and run the latest version of
nvidia-detect to determine the correct driver for your card.

The new 346.35 driver packages will stay in testing for at least a week
to allow users time to migrate.
