Announcing the release of updated kmod-alxf packages into the EL6 elrepo
repository:

This package provides an updated alx driver for Atheros
AR8161/AR8162/AR8171/AR8172 ethernet devices backported from kernel-3.10.70

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.

Note that this release is only compatible with RHEL-6.6 kernels and
greater (kernel-2.6.32-504.el6 and above)
