Yes, as Nicolas said, the updated packages are in the elrepo-testing
repository.

To update, just do:

yum --enablerepo=elrepo-testing update kmod-nvidia-304xx

and reboot.

By the way you don't need to uninstall, a yum update should always take
care of things for you.
