[elrepo] Announcement: EL5, EL6 and EL7 Updated nvidia, nvidia-340xx and nvidia-304xx packages

Announcing the release of updated nvidia (version 352.63), nvidia-340xx
(version 340.96) and nvidia-304xx packages (version 304.131) into the
EL5, EL6 and EL7 elrepo repositories:

Please note, the EL7 packages are for use with EL7.2 and are not
backward compatible with earlier releases of Enterprise Linux 7. EL7
users should update these packages at the same time as updating from 7.1
to 7.2.
