Unfortunately the RAID problem is still present is the 4.3 kernel--we 
had a system get hit by it on the very first day we put the new kernel 
in place. For now we're rolling back to the 3.10 kernel from CentOS 7, 
and we'll have to switch to bond mode 1 to solve the problem we were 
originally trying to fix. Not ideal but there doesn't seem to be a lot 
of options...
