Unfortunately, the 4.1 kernel has a RAID 5 bug which also impacts us, 
and this is still present in 4.2.5. We checked the latest 4.3 RC release 
and that kernel has a bond mode 5/6 bug that impacts us. The 4.0.5 
kernel was the "sweet spot" that seemed to be working for us until we 
hit this RAID 0 bug. We seem to be running out of options.
