In this case please attempt to install them using the following command:
yum install
http://wdl.lug.ro/fglrx/fglrx-x11-drv-15.12-5.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
http://wdl.lug.ro/fglrx/kmod-fglrx-15.12-5.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
and then let me know how it went. If things go well ( and they better
should -- the packages did install properly on a test VM :) ), I'll push
the full set of packages to the regular elrepo repositories.
