If the dkms/psmouse is not working, then I would at least "dkms
remove..." it (or just uninstall dkms). There is no reason to have
unneeded "junk" cluttering the system or slowing down the boot up.

But I don't see any clear connection between your modprobe error and
dkms/psmouse.

If your system returns:

 # modinfo -n wl
 /lib/modules/3.10.0-327.4.4.el7.x86_64/extra/wl/wl.ko

then I do not understand the modprobe error.
