[elrepo] wl-kmod error at installing

That has the look of a Secure Boot issue, but it should not stop a
manual "modprobe wl". My Broadcom-containing system is old and Secure
Boot cannot be tested there.

Also, I am not the resident Secure Boot expert, but other ELRepo members
are. We sign our EL7 kmod rpms with an ELRepo Secure Boot Key. You would
need to set up a local signing process to overcome a Secure Boot issue.
