[elrepo] fglrx on/for CentOS 6.8

Well,  closer look tells me that the rpms I picked from elrepo are not
the latests ones...

you (Manuel W) have kmod-fglrx-15.12-1.el6.elrepo.x86_64,

I will try to get it it with yum.
