[elrepo] Regarding fglrx RHEL 7.2

Wolfy, Phil,

As a follow up I gave up the fight and tossed out mesa's libglx.so
unfortunately this has caused other headaches for users who ssh from
dislike machines in our environment but it allows our systems to be stable.
I may circle back here in a few days and try to chase it again.
