Announcing the release of an updated kmod-nvidia driver package for RHEL 
7.3 into the EL7 elrepo main repository:

This updated kmod-nvidia driver package is built for and requires the 
RHEL 7.3 kernel. It is NOT backward compatible with older kernel 
releases. We recommend updating this package at the same time as 
updating to RHEL 7.3.
