[elrepo] Announcement: Release of EL7 new packages, kmod-fmc [0.0-1]

Announcing the release of new package, kmod-fmc, into the EL7 elrepo repository:

The FMC bus abstraction implements a Linux kernel bus named fmc. This
allows to deal with FMC mezzanines in a carrier-independent way. A
handful of special purpose devices utilize this format for providing
the behavior set.

The kmod-fmc package provides the fmc kernel module built for the
Linux kernel using the x86_64 family of processors.
